SUBMISSIONS ARE OPEN
Submissions are reviewed and selected by a jury under the following criteria:
-
relevance to eligibility criterias
-
quality of narrative and production value
-
independent nature of the production
Final selection of submitted films will be completed by mid July. PFF will notify all successful and unsuccessful filmmakers by early August. Successful filmmakers will be given further instruction with regard to the receipt of their film files.
